We can only pay for return shipping should an item be damagedpriorto you receiving it. If this is the case, we would need a time stamped photo within 24 hours of receiving the item.

We cannot be held responsible for items that either do not reach us or that are damaged on the way back to us For this reason we recommend that you use a reputable courier and ensure the items are sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage.

Damages in transit that have occurred on the way to you will either be replaced or refunded provided the original delivery label and packaging have been kept. All damages must be reported, by email to me at, within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs of the damaged item and of the packaging. If a refund is issued, please allow 10 working days for it to clear.
