Standard delivery is free for Mainland UK

International delivery is free for all orders over £150 and available for a flat rate of £20 for orders under £150 We are working on lowering this cost. Any taxes and duties are paid by customer.

All items are sent via courier service or Royal Mail. Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order within two working days. Please allow up to ten working days to receive your order from point of purchase. Contact us at info@foxandpark.com if you need a rush order.

Our office hours are weekdays until 16.00hrs. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed but we endeavour to keep you up to date on the status of your order via email.

We try to re use packaging where ever possible to help the environment.
