Pricing

All prices on our website are correct at the time of publication and are listed in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Accuracy of Product Descriptions

Every care has been taken to give correct and accurate descriptions, colours and specifications of all our products at the time of publication. Please note that sizes are an approximation and colours may vary owing to photography, lighting, hand made and natural materials. Some of our products are hand made and by their nature will not all be identical, others are designed to have a weathered or rustic finish so may have intended imperfections and flaws. If you have any further questions on this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free for Mainland UK


International delivery is free for orders over £150 and is available for a flat rate of £20 for orders below £150. We are working on lowering this cost. Any taxes and duties are paid by customer.

All items are sent via courier service or Royal Mail. Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order within three working days. Please allow up to ten working days to receive your order from point of purchase.

Our office hours are weekdays until 16.00hrs. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed but we endeavour to keep you up to date on the status of your order via email.

We try to re use packaging where ever possible to help the environment.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchases, if for any reason you are not or you find they are unsuitable, please contact us via email at info@foxandpark.com and we can discuss your return prior to sending it back. We can only pay for return shipping should an item be damaged prior to you receiving it. If this is the case, we would need a time stamped photo within 24 hours of receiving the item.

We cannot be held responsible for items that either do not reach us or that are damaged on the way back to us For this reason we recommend that you use a reputable courier and ensure the items are sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage.

Please include your order details inside the returns parcel (name and address)

Damages in transit that have occurred on the way to you will either be replaced or refunded provided the original delivery label and packaging have been kept. All damages must be reported, by email to me at info@foxandpark.com, within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs of the damaged item and of the packaging. If a refund is issued, please allow 10 working days for it to clear.

Care Instructions

Home Care for table linen: Spot clean any stain first. Then wash in cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Then you may iron the linens on linen/cotton setting. Please add distilled white vinegar to the wash to neutralize any scent.

Dry Cleaning for table linen: Everything is safe to be dry cleaned if you prefer this option over home care cleaning.

If you are concerned about fading it is advised to dry clean after the first use to "set color" and then proceed with standard washing practice. As block print is hand dyed there is some degree of fading expected. We cannot accept
