Standard delivery is free for Mainland UK
International delivery is free for all orders over £150 and available for a flat rate of £20 for orders under £150 We are working on lowering this cost. Any taxes and duties are paid by customer.
All items are sent via courier service or Royal Mail. Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order within two working days. Please allow up to ten working days to receive your order from point of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com if you need a rush order.
Our office hours are weekdays until 16.00hrs. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed but we endeavour to keep you up to date on the status of your order via email.
We try to re use packaging where ever possible to help the environment.
We hope you are happy with your purchases, if for any reason you are not or you find they are unsuitable, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your return prior to sending it back. We can only pay for return shipping should an item be damagedpriorto you receiving it. If this is the case, we would need a time stamped photo within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We cannot be held responsible for items that either do not reach us or that are damaged on the way back to us For this reason we recommend that you use a reputable courier and ensure the items are sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage.
Please include your order details inside the returns parcel (name and address)
Damages in transit that have occurred on the way to you will either be replaced or refunded provided the original delivery label and packaging have been kept. All damages must be reported, by email to me at email@example.com, within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographs of the damaged item and of the packaging. If a refund is issued, please allow 10 working days for it to clear.
